Woo Yay Houpla
An expression of appreciation on b3taland. If something's good, it get's a "Woo!". If it's very good, it gets a "Woo Yay!". Exceptional postings are entitled to the full "Woo Yay Houpla!" There's also some other b3ta related stuff. More for my use than yours.
